Agnes Kittoe-Affum is the sole Principle of K-A Dispute Resolution Services, she is a Paralegal Candidate and a trained Dispute Resolution professional. Agnes has over 20 years of Distinguished Canadian Military experience where she has mastered the art of performing meticulous and high-quality work whilst respecting strict confidentiality rules.
Agnes’ post-secondary educational journey began at Mohawk College in Hamilton Ontario in the Law and Security program in 2002.
After graduating, she went on to Brock University in St. Catharines Ontario where she broadened her knowledge through the BA. Honors Psychology program. In 2009 she took a pause from conventional education to concentrate on her military career. This was also the time that she started her family. Agnes most recently completed a graduate certificate in the Paralegal program at Algonquin College. She is affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIC) and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC).



With a profound passion for resolving disputes, education, and the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) field, Agnes joined the Defence Visible Minority Advisory Group (DVMAG) in 2017 and has been an active member since. With this experience, she opened K-A Dispute Resolution Services, blending both of her passions: resolving disputes, and D&I training.
K-A Dispute Resolution Services offers a vast range of dispute resolution services which are categorized into three main sections: mediation, arbitration, and D&I workshops. Our main goal is to aid with respectful mediation between parties whilst fostering a safe space to facilitate fair and reasonable negotiations through Arbitration. Within the D&I prescriptive and framework, our goal is to highlight the need for D&I in all aspects of our lives. K-A Dispute Resolution Services provides services for the simplest matters to the most complex multi-party disputes as detailed in the practice area.
